Return and Refund Policy

ROOM 502 offers free exchanges and returns on all USA & CANADA orders.

Customers may exchange items for a different size free of charge. Or demand a full refund on return. Returns from USA & Canada are free of charge. For exchange or return to be processed, please ensure the following:

  • Email : info@room502.com for a prepaid shipping label
  • The garment is in its original packaging, with swing-tag attached.
  • The garment is in perfect condition – it may not be worn, washed or damaged.

ROOM 502 reserves the right to reject any items for exchange or return that do not meet the above requirements. If your exchange or return is rejected, you will be notified by email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

ROOM 502 offers exchanges on International orders. Customer is responsible for duties, return & shipping charges. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following:

ROOM 502 reserves the right to reject any items for exchange or return that do not meet the above requirements. If your exchange or return is rejected, you will be notified by email.

Exchange Process

In your request, please note the item(s) you would like to exchange, and the desired replacement size(s). If approved, we will place your replacement items on hold and email you a one-time prepaid shipping return label.

Please follow these steps to complete the process:

  • Ensure all exchange items are in their original condition, unworn, with swing tags attached.
  • Pack all items in the manner they were received including all packaging materials.
  • Print and tape the return label to the outside of your return parcel – cover any prior shipping address.

If your exchange is not shipped within 5 business days of issuing the prepaid shipping label, the items will no longer be eligible for exchange. We will process your exchange order as soon as the return parcel has been inspected and approved by our logistics center.

If we have sold-out of the replacement size and are no longer manufacturing the item, you can elect to return for a full refund.

Return Process

Contact info@room502.com within 5 business days of order receipt to request a return. In your request, please note your order #. Once approved, we will email you a one-time prepaid shipping label.

Please follow these steps to complete the process:

    • Ensure all returned items are in their original condition, unworn, with swing tags attached.
    • Pack all items in the manner they were received including all packaging materials.
    • For international orders, please include the commercial invoice provided in 3 copies.
    • Print and tape the return label to the outside of your return parcel – cover any prior shipping address.
  • Returns normally take up to 7 business days to arrive to our warehouse. Refunds are issued within about 7 business days after the package arrives back to us. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

    We do not accept and will not process any orders that have not been notified and accepted by customer service
